AY. from 2002/03 to 2008/09 (7 A.Y.): Teacher of “Basics of Electronics” for the Computer Science Laurea.
AY. 2003/04: Teacher of “Basics of Electronics” for the Information Engineering Laurea.
AY. from 2004/05 to 2008/09 (5 A.Y.): Teacher of “Basics of Electronics” for the Electronics Engineering Laurea;
AY. from 2004/05 to 2015/16 (12 A.Y.): Teacher of “Microelectronics” for the Electronics Engineering Laurea;
AY. 2011/12 to 2015/16 (5 A.Y.): Teacher of “Electronics” for the Laurea Magistrale in Electronics Engineering Laurea;
Lecturer for 6 post-graduate courses for the PhD School of the University of Padova (20 h each).
Lectures for 5 post-graduate courses for “International Master in Nanotechnologies” organized by the CIVEN (Inter University Consortium for the Nanotechnologies)
Teacher of a “Digital Design Laboratory” for two years for the Diploma at the University of Padova (Vicenza detachment) (1998, 1999)
As assistant professor he kept exercises in 9 courses (from 1997 to 2004): 3 courses of Basics Electronics (old Laurea Course) and 6 courses of Microelectronics;
He was teacher for the SSIS “Inter-University School of Specialization” for the training of teachers of the secondary school.
In 2003 entered the board of teachers of the PhD course in “Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering” of the University of Padova.
Since 2004 he has been in the board of teachers of the PhD School of the University of Padova – Specialization in “Science and Information technology”;
During the period 1994-2017 he supervised more than 100 Laurea Thesis.
